“Rmala’s Projects” for it self-promotion made some web pages for a mountain family guesthouse. It was advertised as a website and a gift from an expert in development consultancy. It revealed to be a hatred weapon for cutting the mountain family from its guests and from its source of income. We demonstrate the expertise expressed for this “project” resulted in a poor internet creation but in an evidence of a deceptive and malevolent talent for forgery and use of forgery.
A Rmala’s Projects self-promotion presented as a gift

In 2015, as a showcase for the new entity, Rmala’s Projects, Ms Ramla Akhtar, aka Rmala Aalam, makes some webpages for Pamir Serai, a mountain family guesthouse https://sites.google.com/ site/pamirserai. She calls them a website
She discloses, in the footnotes, that this “website” is a GIFT from “Rmala A.” (Rmala Aalam, an alias, not her real name), although the guesthouse owners are not informed such a “website” is created. Although Rmala’s Projects keeps the login and the password of the website.

Rmala’s Project (Rmala Alam) advertises the “gift” on Facebook & Twitter.

Pompous presentation of a basic and useless “website” as an “expert” contribution to a “development” project. May, 2015.

Rmala’s Projects turned its gift into a weapon to deprive the mountain family from its livelihood.
From May 2019 onward, Ramla Akhtar is involved in a full hatred campaign against north Pakistan mountain people. She mostly builds her attacks on delirious pornographic conspiracy theories and on religious accusations.

She also promotes violence.

In October 2019 Ramla Akhtars covers the guesthouse “website” with defamatory attacks using her regular hideous allegations in order to discourage visitors to go to the guesthouse and in order to cut the family from its livelihood. “Website” footnotes still indicate it is a GIFT.

In December 2019, Bernard Grua, a former French guest of Pamir Serai makes a better website for the guesthouse with a stronger SEO https://pamirserai.wordpress.com. The purpose of this work is to burry Rmala’s Projects ignominy on search engine results. With the full agreement of the “website” owner, the text of the webpages given by Rmala’s Project to the guesthouse is used for this presentation. Rmala Aalam work is acknoledged and thanked despite her questionable behaviour.

It works, the new website comes as the first Google answers. Ramla’s Projects defamation is buried.
Rmala’s Projects forgery and use of forgery
Rmala Aalam sends a theft alert on social media saying her creation was stolen, while she attaches a screen capture explicitly disclosing her work was a GIFT to the guest house.

Eventually, Ramla Aalam changes the footnotes of the website, the GIFT, into a new one saying she is the designer and the writer. She adds she owns the copyright property, stating no reproduction can be made without her permission. This is an actual THEFT of a GIFT, and this is a forgery. This time, she does not write an alias but her legal first name, Ramla, different from the one she used for disclosing her “gift”.

After the forgery, Ramla Akhtar can file a DCMA complaint. This is a use of forgery. She obtains the new and clean website (www. pamirserai.wordpress.com) to be deleted. Its URL can’t be used again. Other URL’s will be less efficient. Ramla Projects scandalous and defamatory website comes back on top of Google results for a search under “Pamir Serai”.
Ramla Akhtar completes her warning on top of Pamir Serai “website” with more outrageous and defamatory allegations.

More details and Ramla Akhtar’s false allegations debunking are available in this article: Pamir Serai, a website, under forgery, use of forgery, defamation, stalking and impersonation attacks by a cybercriminal.
